E-commerce for Kids
Zero to Seven is a company specializing in infants' and children's products and the J helped to define a consumer-oriented m-commerce strategy that would enhance the online shopping experience. Through our MOT and BMT research analysis as well as Design Thinking workshop, we identified the best practice for Zero to Seven’s new mobile platform and integrated our customer journey map insights into the to-be scenario. With our focus on providing an optimized UI/UX design to global users, our creative and strategic approach has resulted in a positive visual language for our Proof of Concept design that effectively showcases the products and articulates the brand’s unique values.
